The objective of our human resources policy is to plan, select, recruit, assign in our service units, develop, identify and make the planning to satisfy training requirements, implement the plans, identify competencies, conduct performance management and career planning activities according to scientific methods to obtain human resources which would enable efficient and productive conduct of our Company\u2019s efforts.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In training and development planning, initially the development needs of the staff are analyzed. In this process, together with the priority areas required by the job or determined as a result of the assessments, future-oriented development areas are also included in the planning in accordance with the career plans. At the same time, individual-based training needs analysis of Kormetal employees is conducted over the Internet two times a year. The outputs from these studies are consolidated and the training for the next year is planned by a commission which includes employees from quality and human resources departments.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
